How much do you charge for a NeurotriS treatment?
Ask for typical pricing for a single session. National average should be anywhere from $250 and above with a discount on packages
Also ask about package deals (how many sessions, how much discount). 25% off on the packages
Ask if pricing varies by type (face microcurrent vs body sculpting vs combined). No, you can charge the same on body vs the face but if you are working on multip
What package options do you recommend or most clients pick?
How many sessions do people usually buy? 6-8, with facials 2x week
Maintenance vs initial package: what does that look like? Maintenance sessions may be scheduled monthly to bi-monthly, depending on the client’s goals and expectations. Clients may also choose to complete multiple treatment series to help achieve their desired results.
What’s the cost difference (or value) between different package levels. Advanced modalities vs basic facials
What is your favorite NeurotriS protocol to do on clients?
Which frequency or “phase” do you like the most (facial lift, muscle tone, body sculpting, etc)? I don’t have a single favorite tool, or specific program because achieving the best results requires using all of them at different stages of the treatment—something we cover thoroughly during training.
With that said, if I had to choose, my personal favorite is the Photon 3-in-1.
Why that one – what results have you seen? It features LED light therapy in red, blue, and green, a true dynamic microcurrent function using the Red Infinity probe or the snap cable with conductive pads, and it can also be used for standard microcurrent treatments.
How do you customize the protocol for different client goals (aging skin, sagging, inches, face vs body). It all begins with the products and modalities I select for each client, as the specific microcurrent protocol is most effective when used in conjunction with other treatments. During training, you will learn exactly which programs to use based on your client’s individual goals, ensuring you can create the most effective and customized treatment plan.
How many treatments do clients typically need to see “real” or lasting results?
What’s your typical recommended timeline (e.g., 2x/week for 5 weeks, then maintenance)? This will depend on the client’s commitment and the level of their skin concerns. If a client is seeking a dramatic transformation and wants to avoid going “under the knife,” it may require up to two years of consistent dedication, including multiple treatment series and a homecare routine incorporating our Pico Toner.
When do you recommend clients do maintenance sessions and how often? Some clients come in monthly, while others prefer bi-monthly visits. We’ve found that completing sessions twice per week results in approximately 30% greater improvement compared to once-a-week treatments.
What kind of results have you personally seen / your clients seen?
Before & after anecdote(s): lifting, toning, inch loss, facial firmness. I have seen lifting, toning, skin texture changes with just one facial! The reactions I get when I show them the before and after's are why I do what I do.
Any standout success stories. We have quite a few on the website that we are quite proud of, but understand these results took time, client commitment and dedication.
How soon do clients start to see a difference? Some will see it the same day, this is why it is crucial to take those pictures!
Are there any contraindications or clients who are not a good fit?
Health conditions, skin types, age limits, or other risk factors. The earlier you start in life the better, but of course we do not recommend to use it on children.
What do you screen for before someone starts NeurotriS treatment? Medical conditions they may be actively seeing their physician for and getting treatments for, the physician will always be the one who ultimately clears the client for a microcurrent facial or series.
How does NeurotriS compare to other microcurrent / body sculpting technologies?
Why choose NeurotriS over other microcurrent devices or other modalities? We are not only FDA-registered and 510(k)-cleared, but our devices are also manufactured in an FDA-cleared facility in the United States.Featuring Dynamic Intelligent Microcurrent.
Proudly made in the USA.
What makes it unique (technology, “dynamic intelligent microcurrent,” etc.)? Dynamic Intelligent Microcurrent (DIMC) represents the next major advancement in microcurrent therapy because of its biologically adaptive behavior. Unlike first-generation static microcurrent devices—which deliver a fixed, unvarying electrical output—DIMC systems continuously sense, interpret, and respond to the skin’s real-time bioelectrical activity.
This adaptive response means the device adjusts amplitude, waveform, and current flow based on tissue feedback, making the method of delivery far more significant than focusing on a single preset frequency. In other words, while frequency plays a role, the true efficacy of microcurrent lies in how intelligently and dynamically the current is delivered, allowing DIMC to align more closely with the body’s natural bioelectrical communication
Dynamic Intelligent Microcurrent is patented and FDA 510k CLEARED for esthetician use
What do clients say about their experience (comfort, downtime, how it “feels”)? Most feel a tingling sensation, some see orbs of light, some feeling or see nothing at all, and that is all okay, they do not need to feel or see anything to have amazing results.
What does training / certification look like for you / for estheticians who use NeurotriS?
Did you have to be certified? No, but have to be trained to use it and will get the certification when you train with us.
How long did the training take? ½ day for hands on with your educator and you get online portal access as well.
Does NeurotriS provide ongoing support, updates, or new protocols? Of course we offer additional assistance with your representative.
What are common “boosters” or add-ons you combine with NeurotriS?
Do you pair it with other treatments (LED, cryotherapy, peels)? Yes, we offer an Advanced Education Two Day Training and are traveling around the country to offer these two-day events, so please check our Event's Page for a training event near you!
What combos have gotten the best results in your practice? I love it with Nanoinfusion, peels and LED but we have many providers using it microneedling as well.
How do you price and sell this service to your clients?
How do you explain its benefits? I tell my clients it is going to give you a boost of energy, the same one we have in our own bodies to hydrate the cells and oxygenate them for healing.
What objections do you get, and how do you overcome them? No objections so far! The only question clients usually ask is whether there is any discomfort — and the answer is no.
How do you position it in your service menu (premium, signature, add-on)? Most of our up-scale providers have it included in all facials because we know the benefits and want everyone to enjoy them, but you can certainly have a signature Red-Carpet with a luxury skincare product line of your choice as we are product line neutral.
What’s your advice for other estheticians or spa owners thinking about investing in a NeurotriS machine?
What should they consider before buying? Have some family or friends in mind that you would to try it on to have those before and after's ready for, another way is by including it for free to your top clients and asking them if its okay to take a few pictures with this new modality you have, we have consent forms for you if you need them.
What ROI (return on investment) have you seen or projected?
Any lessons learned or things you wish you knew before starting. Just making sure to market the service as often and to all your clients as possible so you have excitement. be confident, Knowlegable, and edicated.
