🌿 Nourishing the Skin Naturally: My Go-To Professional Oils for Every Skin Need
Healthy, balanced skin starts with the right kind of nourishment — and that’s why I’m excited to share three of my favorite professional-grade oils that I use daily in my treatment room and recommend to clients for at-home care. Each one is designed with intention, using plant-based ingredients that soothe, protect, and transform the skin.
✨ Brightening Oil
Perfect for: Everyday hydration, post-dermaplane care, intimate brightening, and shaving aftercare
This multitasking oil is one of my all-time favorites, especially when performing dermaplaning or recommending post-shave care.
Almond Oil – Naturally antibacterial and balancing, almond oil helps regulate moisture and prevent excessive water loss.
Grapeseed Oil – Rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties, it soothes irritation and promotes an even tone.
💧 A few drops (3–5) keep your skin soft, hydrated, and glowing all day. It also layers beautifully under serums or moisturizers to lock in hydration.
The Brightening Oil is also part of my Bikini Line Perfecting collection — applying a thin layer after shaving helps maintain smooth, balanced skin and reduces post-shave dryness or irritation. It’s gentle enough to be used in intimate brightening protocols as well.
🌼 Soothing Oil
Perfect for: Post-wax, post-procedure, eczema, dermatitis, or sensitive skin
In my treatment room, this is my go-to rescue oil — I use it after every wax service, whether it’s face or body. Whenever a client shows a histamine reaction or experiences redness, I reach for this formula immediately.
Calendula – A centuries-old botanical known for its powerful anti-inflammatory and healing properties.
Algal Oil – A vegan omega-3 source that deeply nourishes and strengthens the skin barrier.
This oil calms irritation, soothes inflammation, and supports skin recovery after professional treatments — making it ideal for anyone with sensitive or compromised skin.
🩵 Extra Nourishing Oil
Perfect for: Post-peel care, dry or mature skin, and cooler climates
This oil is slightly richer, offering deep hydration and comfort for dry or post-procedure skin. I include it in my post-peel kits and always apply it after performing a double peel treatment.
Shea Nut Oil – Provides long-lasting nourishment and helps restore the skin’s natural lipid barrier.
Safflower Oil – Non-comedogenic and rich in linoleic acid and Vitamin E, it delivers lightweight moisture while supporting barrier health.
While this oil is perfect for drier climates, I typically recommend it to my Florida clients during our cooler, less humid months. Just like the Brightening Oil, 3–5 drops is all you need for all-day hydration and a supple glow.
💬 Final Thoughts
Each of these oils plays a special role in maintaining healthy, resilient skin — whether you’re recovering from a peel, calming post-wax irritation, or simply looking to keep your complexion balanced and radiant.
If you’d like personalized guidance on how to integrate these into your professional treatments or skincare routine, I’d love to help.
With love and radiant skin,
